Crossing Preschool – Quincy
Welcome to The Crossing Preschool! The Crossing Preschool is a ministry of The Crossing Church, where it is our passion and purpose to encourage people to seek an intimate personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Crossing Preschool strives to meet each child’s need for physical and intellectual stimulation through a carefully designed schedule of academic, fine motor, gross motor, STEM, and numeric activities, as well as especially teaching Biblical knowledge through reading Bible stories, learning scripture, and prayer time.
- We offer the following 3 Programs:
3 Year Old Preschool program attendees must be 3 years of age by September 1. This class meets Tuesday-Thursday 8:30-11:15am OR 12:30-3:15pm. Tuition is $130 a month.
Pre-K program attendees must be 4 years of age by September 1. This class meets Monday-Thursday 8:30-11:00am OR 12:30-3:00pm. Tuition is $145 a month.
Enhanced Pre-K program attendees must be 5 years of age by September 1 and completed a Pre-K program. This class meets Monday-Thursday 12:30-3:00pm. Tuition is $145 a month.
The Bible and alphabet will be incorporated into our main curriculum, which will be enriched with holidays, weather, field trips, math, science, and show and tell. Calendars will go home at the beginning of the month with the most accurate information. Please put these dates in your personal calendar. We will also ask you to download the “REMIND” app and we will use this to communicate important events.
Enhanced Pre-K will continue building phonemic awareness skills, sight words, and emergent reading skills. STEM activities will be expanded as well as writing and critical thinking skills.
Enrollment is open to any child, provided the school can meet the needs of that child.
Pre-K – The child must be four years old by September 1, and toilet trained.
Enhanced Pre-K– A child must have completed a Pre-K program.
3-Year-Old Preschool – The child must be three years old by September 1, and toilet trained or in a pull-up.
