If you want an intimate and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, it’s important to base it on commitment rather than just feelings. In Luke 10, someone asks Jesus what they need to do to inherit eternal life. Jesus responds by asking what is written in the law. Within this text, you find what a commitment to God looks like:
He answered, “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.” (Luke 10:27-28, NIV)

The goal is to spend 50 minutes with God throughout your day. This can occur in one setting at the same time every day, OR you can spread out the 50 minutes over different times in different places. You could do all 50 minutes when you wake up, after work, or after the kids go to bed.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. The best approach is a committed approach. Stay committed and see how God will change you in the next 50 days.

Workout Challenge 1
Complete two rounds as quickly as possible, involving a one-minute wall sit, 10 repetitions of elbow march or shoulder touch, and 15 repetitions of knees to elbows or hands to knee.
Workout Challenge 2
Complete two rounds for time consisting of 10 burpees or up-downs/elevated, 15 air squats, and 20 sit-ups or toe touches.
Workout Challenge 3
Complete two rounds for time, involving 10 lunges on each leg, 20 kneeling presses, and 30 repetitions of hands-to-feet or dead bugs.
Workout Challenge 4
Complete two rounds for time, performing 10 step backs, 20 jumping jacks, and 30 seconds of side bridge hip taps on each side.
Workout Challenge 5
Complete two rounds of 10 up dog down dog toe touches or knees, 20 straight leg raises, and 30 glute bridges.
Workout Challenge 6
Complete two rounds of 5 bear crawls for 6 feet or bird dogs for 10 repetitions, 10 broad jumps for 3 feet or line jumps, and 20 air squats or box squats.
